Telephonic wellness services are not just for seniors, the services are for all adults who may experience loneliness or need reminders.
Check-in Calls: We offer peace of mind by providing check-in calls and alerting your circle of care or close contacts if you do not respond to calls.
Comfort Calls: We listen to you and engage in friendly conversations.
Connected Calls: We provide care coordination, gentle reminders to schedule appointments and preventative health services.
Although we do not guarantee that you will have the same person each time, we try our best to establish a consistent schedule.
During comfort calls, we are happy to have a conversation about any topic. We get to know you by discussing your interests and/or memories.
We will call three times on the day of your scheduled appointment. If you do not answer, we will leave a text and voice message. After the third missed call, we will alert your close contacts and let them know that we were unable to reach you.
The subscription will automatically renew on the same day of the following month.
You may change or cancel at any time. However, we do not offer refunds for unused minutes.
