Let’s just chat! We will call to provide companionship, a listening ear, and friendly conversations to help you remain socially engaged.

Frequently asked questions

Telephonic wellness services are not just for seniors, the services are for all adults who may experience loneliness or need reminders.

Check-in Calls: We offer peace of mind by providing check-in calls and alerting your circle of care or close contacts if you do not respond to calls.

Connected Care Calls: We provide gentle reminders to schedule appointments and preventative health services. We also assist with resource coordination.

Comfort Calls: We listen to you and engage in friendly conversations.

All subscription plans except for the 60-minute plan allow a mix of check-in calls, connected care calls, or comfort calls.  The 60-minute plan is only for 5- or 15-minute check-in calls. You choose your call option.

All conversations are confidential. We will not share your information without your permission. 

Although we do not guarantee that you will have the same person each time, we try our best to establish a consistent schedule.

During comfort calls, we are happy to have a conversation about any topic. We get to know you by discussing your interests and/or memories.

We will call three times on the day of your scheduled appointment. If you do not answer, we will leave a text and voice message. After the third missed call, we will alert your close contacts that we were unable to reach you. In the event that we are unable to reach your contacts, we will ask law enforcement to perform a welfare check. 

The subscription will automatically renew on the same day of the following month. For example, a subscription that starts on November 10, 2020 will automatically renew on December 10, 2020.

You may change or cancel at any time. However, we do not offer refunds for unused minutes.
